The Full Story
About Me
My name is Rebecca Rayner and I have been counseling for a variety of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, and higher need diagnoses such as schizophrenia and dual diagnosis (mental health and substance use) since 2021. I graduated from Cleveland State University with my MEd in Counseling and currently hold my licensure as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor). In my previous lives, I have worked as a bookseller at Borders, and worked as an English as a Second Language teacher in Moscow, Russia and Taipei, Taiwan. I fully believe in the power of movement whether it be ten minutes of yoga, a thirty minute walk, dancing, running, climbing, muay thai, or whatever you are able to and choose to do. Not just physical movement, but movement forward towards healing, finding happiness, and achieving the best version of you. I look forward to working with you to explore what movement means for you in order to achieve the best version of you.

Mission
We will work together to find your inspiration for movement and explore realistic ways to add that to your daily schedule. We will create a vision to find joy and healing in your life, and move towards making permanent life changes.
Vision
I am inspired not only by how my life has changed and benefited from daily movement but by trying new things and reclaiming a childlike view and joy in the world. I want to bring that same adventurous spirit to our sessions and help you rekindle your joy.
